About JJ "Sweet and Sassy"
JJ is a delightful blend of sweetness and sass, known for her playful spirit, love of children, and joyful energy—often seen running and kicking up her heels with enthusiasm. Born and raised locally in Descanso, CA, JJ has been a beloved part of the ranch nearly as long as Hank, the original member who helped launch the program in 2012. Trained from the ground up using natural horsemanship principles, she’s a steady, well-rounded partner for students. JJ’s favorite things include being pampered with grooming, playing with her pasture mates, and, of course, anything involving food.
